Certified Personal Trainer - My passion and commitment to fitness started when I was learning to walk and continued as my parents owned a gym here in Fort Collins until I turned 18. Throughout my fitness journey, I have come to believe that the weight on the bar is not as important as the technique and form used while lifting. By prioritizing proper lifting techniques, we can achieve our desired results while reducing the risk of injury. This philosophy forms the core of my training approach and is what I impart to my clients to help them achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively. I am certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist.

Doctor Of Physical Therapy
Zach is Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength coach. He has an enormous passion for human performance and health. Zach's background in athletics was football, basketball, track, and martial arts. Also, he currently enjoys dabbling in local Power and Olympic lifting competitions. Zach has been published in research for the work he did in doctorate school with Regenerative Medicine and Rehabilitation. Click here to access it.
Zach grew up in a strength and conditioning gym because his father owned and operated one. He learned early on how to successful coach and mentor athletes to achieve their goals, whether with regular people wanting to get fit or collegiate and professional athletes wanting to compete at the highest level. Zach coached and trained athletes for 7 years before wanting to go back to school and learn more about physical therapy to be able to bridge the gap between the medicine world and the fitness world.
He specializes in helping people return to CrossFit, Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, and any strength sport. Zach has worked with a wide array of athletic backgrounds including arm wrestlers, soccer players, baseball players, and more. He also enjoys working with regular people who just want to improve their health and performance.

Our story began in the 1990s when Dan Harmon founded a gym and taught his two sons, Zach and Colton, everything he knew about body movement and recovery. Over the years Dan has helped thousands of people get and stay fit. Dan passed his knowledge and passion for fitness on to his 2 sons, Colton and Zach.
