Do you have couples or individual training?

1:1 Personal Training - "Receive personalized 1-on-1 sessions in person to help you achieve your fitness goals. We’ll work with you to understand your fitness objectives and develop a customized training plan that maximizes your results. Couples Training - Couples personal training is a service that helps couples improve their physical fitness, health, and overall wellness through guided workouts and personalized training plans.

Do you do massage?

Swedish - Swedish massage therapy is performed on a comfortable, well-cushioned professional table, utilizing only the highest quality organic oils, lotions, and essential oils for aromatherapy. The pressure applied during your session is customized to your individual preference, ranging from light to medium-firm, in order to achieve optimal results. Using flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle rocking, our technique effectively dissolves muscle tension, while improving circulation, deepening your breath, and enhancing the suppleness of your skin. We uphold professional standards of practice and use draping techniques with a towel or sheet to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout the massage.

Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy- Provides relief from deep muscular tension and pain. Joint mobilization and stretching techniques are included in Sports Therapy. I use trigger point and myofascial release techniques to treat scoliosis, tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries, post-surgery recovery, neck stiffness, sciatica, nerve damage, and psoas pain and numbness. Gliding, kneading, and rocking techniques improve fluid circulation. This therapeutic massage approach is strategic, corrective and enjoyable. Recommended for athletes, parents, post-surgery patients, and individuals with injuries or experiencing chronic stress and fatigue. We uphold professional standards of practice and use draping techniques with a towel or sheet to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout the massage.
